Expectations

Onboard new business customers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of our clients' procurement solutions.
Understand client needs to offer flexible payment terms, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier options that support operational goals.
Guide clients in using analytics tools to improve visibility, control spending, and make data-driven procurement decisions.
Assist clients in integrating digital purchasing tools with their systems to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
Monitor account health, usage, and savings, providing regular updates and insights to drive continued client success.
Conducting outbound calls to businesses using structured contact lists
Independently managing prospect data and proactively identifying and maximising business opportunities
Performing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards
Skilled in engaging with gatekeepers to build rapport and effectively navigate conversations toward reaching key decision-makers
